SS2026 Paper Collective & Cooee Design - New Product Exhibition Report

SS2026 New Collection Exhibition: The pulse of design resonating across time and space.



In June 2026, we held our SS2026 new collection exhibition at the ko design concept office in Shibaura, Tokyo.


The early summer light streaming through the window during a break in the rainy season, the tranquility of Scandinavian design, and the passion of the artists who breathe life into it all resonated together in a truly special moment.


This time, we were able to have many people enjoy the exhibition not only by visiting the venue in Tokyo, but also by participating online. It was a great joy for us to be able to share with everyone the feeling of connection that transcends the boundaries of place and creates new resonance through the screen.


Thanks to everyone's support, our online event was a great success, and we received a warm response from all of you. Thank you very much.



For this exhibition, we divided each space into three zones: "Entrance," "Gallery Space," and "Office," and presented the latest collections from Paper Collective, Cooee Design, and Esaila as scenes from our daily lives.



[Entrance] The beginning of the story


The moment you open the door, you are greeted by the works of artists, each radiating their own unique personality.


Jon Harvey and Jonna Valtner. The world they depict gently stimulates the senses of visitors, heightening their anticipation for the design experience that awaits them.




[Gallery Space] A harmonious blend of refined "functional beauty" and "art."


In the gallery space area, the focus was on designs that added depth to the space.


At the Paper Collective booth, striking posters by artists from around the world, including Berit Mogensen Lopez, Dina Sterbrant, and Adrienna Matzeg, adorned the walls. Their new "Tray" for this season was also on display, exuding a presence that transcends mere functionality, becoming an art piece that enhances the quality of life.




Furthermore, Esaila's furniture enriched the space even more. The functional and beautiful forms of pieces like the "Fore Chair" and "Tars Stool" harmonized with Cooee Design's vases such as the "Drift Desert Vase" and "Gry Wide," allowing us to propose an ideal styling for the home.




[Office] A place where inspiration intersects


The office area will be a creative space featuring a more diverse collection.


The walls were lined with works by artists such as Anne Laval, Maya Eline Leroy, Marina Ayashiro, and Liat Greenberg, creating a scene that resembled a small art museum.




Furthermore, Cooee Design delivered some exciting new products. From the fresh, vibrant shine of the "Twist" series to the richly textured white and natural finishes of the "Woody Bird" series, the delicate variations in color and shape that transform the small scenes of everyday life received a great deal of positive feedback both at the venue and online.

You also got to see the acoustic panels (sound-absorbing panels) from the "Imagine Collection," which combine sophisticated art with high sound-absorbing performance.



Creating spatial value through art


What we wanted to convey once again through this exhibition is the "power" that art possesses.


It can be said that it creates "space" in one's life, quietly but surely enriches everyday life while staying close to the user's sensibilities.
